Are you feeding your soul right? Have you heard of the sentence “You are what you eat”? A stressful soul could not help a person be productive, nor exist inside a healthy body. That is why we want to nourish your soul with G'day app. With our app, you'll be provided with soulful inspirations and practical tools to de-stress yourself. There are tons of soul-nourishing “snacks” such as soul-lifting music, touching movies, mind-shifting books and many more for you to explore. Let’s take a quick look at what G’day will have for you.

Short learning courses
We provide you with short online courses on either cooking, painting, knitting, or just simply folding clothes in a creative and fun way. You can search for different courses from our app, and if we don’t have the course you want, we will give you a link to direct you to a reliable course provider to get you all the course you need. Any courses you have learned or just finish half can be saved to your registered account so you can continue next time.

Coloring
Coloring: Similar to coloring apps, we provide you with black-and-white painting and give you freedom on how you want to color it. There would be suggestions on how you may paint it from other users. After that, you can share your finished draft to your Instagram or Facebook account to get likes and featured.

Books of selection
As reading can help you relax by lowering your heart rate and easing the tension in your muscles, so we do prepare a storage full of books on different genres for you to choose. You can read 10 pages a day, or even 3-5 pages, and we will keep a bookmark for you for next time reading.
Music/Movies of selection
Similar to books and courses, we prepare a storage for you, and we also help you save your movie even if you watch it on Youtube directed from our site.

Exercise modules
Staying healthy by exercising is another great way to reduce stress. So we prepare simple modules for you to exercise and also help you keep track of your progress next time you come back to our app.

Restaurant and cafe nearby
We could suggest the restaurants or cafe nearby based on your locations so you can hang out on these places. You can also see the review for each place from our users to see if those places fit you.
Loving galleries
This is where you could keep all the images of your loved ones and beloved places to take a look at whenever you feel unwell so those pictures could warm you up.

Daily happiness notes
We understand that on a stressful day you have to go through a lot of things, so even a small little happiness could help light up the whole day. With daily happiness note, you can type small stories and keep it so whenever you need some inspiration or some reminders about good deeds existing in the world, you can read them all again.
Remedy chat*
This is our new feature. We have invited psychology students to be our volunteer to chat with you whenever you need someone to talk to. There could be a chance that they would not be able to give you a solution, but they would always be there to listen and sympathize with you. We are currently running a trial on this feature, so could you give us some thoughts on what you really like and what you don't after using it?
