Love yourself is to understand yourself, accept your weaknesses and try to overcome them in positive ways, proud of your strengths, feel grateful for wonderful things in your life and care for yourself in both mentally and physically.


Here are some tips that you can try to love yourself more and more everyday ❤❤


☘️ Do exercises regularly.

☘️ Plant a tree.

☘️ Buy flowers for yourself.

☘️ Read books.




☘️ Listen to your favorite kind of music.

☘️ Make a list of things you love about yourself.

☘️ Make a list of your weaknesses and learn how to accept and fix them.

☘️ Eat chocolate.



☘️ Learn new things.

☘️ Go travel alone.

☘️ Write down the list of things you are thankful for each morning.

☘️ Dress nice and take care of your appearance




☘️ Say “no” if you don’t want something.

☘️ Get enough 8 hours of sleep everyday.



☘️ Have a separate fund for “love yourself” things 😀

☘️ Decorate your bedroom perfectly.





☘️ Eat healthy food.
