10 ways to manage your stress

To be stressed is to be alive. And however uncomfortable it makes you, it is a universal feeling that is a part of the imperfect human experience. Stress saps your energy, causes fatigue, and increase negative thoughts that can contribute to anxious feelings. Fortunately, there are ways to build up a healthy response to stress that can even reverse the uncomfortable feelings over time.
The most basic and useful way to reduce stress is by taking care of yourself. It may sound simple, but your mind and body are connected in powerful ways and by maintaining your physical, emotional, and mental reserves that you can actually prevent and manage your stress.

🥦 Make your blood flow
You should spend at least 45 mins for physical exercise. For example: walking, breathing fresh air, playing sports,..
🥦 Create your own schedule
Let the alarm wake you up in the morning at certain time, and have your breakfast regularly. You will get up on time everyday and have a regular habit of living. Most people confess “If I go to work withouy breakfast, I often have headaches and stress”.

🥦 Be submissive to your senses
Make yourself a habit of doing something on a regular basic everyday. For example: after hours of stressful work, plug a candle on the table, smell a rose before your meal and play a game to relieve your stress.
🥦 Love your life
Be optimistic and love your life before all. On weekends, go to picnic with your relatives, visit the most famous attractions before starting a new week.

🥦 Throw the ball
Hold 3 or more balls in your hand and throw them and then catch them. When you bounce and catch the ball, you will feel very comfortable as you have just done a miracle. Try it.
🥦 Smile, smile and smile
Free to laugh if possible, all your fatigues will disappear. Learn to be funny and smile.

🥦 Traveling
Go and enjoy the changes of the world around you. If you conditions, you can go with your friends and relatives. Beautiful landscapes with new people, new cultures will stimulate your curiosity and observation. It is the best solution to change your mood of boredom and tiredness.
🥦 Satisfy yourself
Whenever your work makes you feel tired and stress, satisfy yourself by rewarding yourself with something fun. Do not force yourself to work until exhausted. Try to “break the rules” once.
🥦 Do not hesitate to rely on others
When you feel tired, you need someone to share. Seeking for your friends or the ones you love to share and have their advice. They will console and be your best buddy at that time.
🥦 Save your best memories
Save moments, loved words of your relatives or an impressive image deeply in your soul. When you think about them again, you will find lots of meanings and they will make you happy.
